development, and cultural engagement. With a strong focus on youth talent,
mentorship, and community impact, RIL Global creates platforms that enable
students to express their abilities, showcase their potential, and gain
opportunities for career and personal growth.
The RIL Campus Crown Awards (RCCA) is a pan–Nigerian youth development project designed to celebrate excellence across campuses. RCCA identifies, trains, and showcases outstanding students across categories like leadership, fashion, sports, debate, innovation, and cultural expression.
The Katsina Edition (RCCA 2025) is a high–visibility event
that brings together the most talented students from tertiary institutions
across the state.
